Looks like Obama’s fellow terrorists are working overtime

MOGADISHU, Somalia – A man tried to board a commercial airliner in Mogadishu last month carrying powdered chemicals, liquid and a syringe that could have caused an explosion in a case bearing chilling similarities to the terrorist plot to blow up a Detroit-bound airliner, officials told The Associated Press on Wednesday.

The Somali man — whose name has not yet been released — was arrested by African Union peacekeeping troops before the Nov. 13 Daallo Airlines flight took off. It had been scheduled to travel from Mogadishu to the northern Somali city of Hargeisa, then to Djibouti and Dubai. A Somali police spokesman, Abdulahi Hassan Barise, said the suspect is in Somali custody.

“We don’t know whether he’s linked with al-Qaida or other foreign organizations, but his actions were the acts of a terrorist. We caught him red-handed,” said Barise.

A Nairobi-based diplomat said the incident in Somalia is similar to the attempted attack on the Detroit-bound airliner on Christmas Day in that the Somali man had a syringe, a bag of powdered chemicals and liquid — tools similar to those used in the Detroit attack. The diplomat spoke on condition he not be identified because he isn’t authorized to release the information.

Barigye Bahoku, the spokesman for the African Union military force in Mogadishu, said the chemicals from the Somali suspect could have caused an explosion that would have caused air decompression inside the plane. However, Bahoku said he doesn’t believe an explosion would have brought the plane down.

A second international official familiar with the incident, also speaking on condition of anonymity because he isn’t authorized to discuss the case, confirmed that the substances carried by the Somali passenger could have been used as an explosive device.

In the Detroit case, alleged attacker Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab hid explosive PETN in a condom or condom-like bag just below his torso when he traveled from Amsterdam to Detroit. Like the captured Somali, Abdulmutallab also had a syringe filled with liquid. The substances seized from the Somali passenger are being tested.

The November incident garnered little attention before the Dec. 25 attack aboard a flight on final approach to Detroit. U.S. officials have now learned of the Somali case and are hastening to investigate any possible links between it and the Detroit attack, though no officials would speak on the record about the probe.

U.S. investigators said Abdulmutallab told them he received training and instructions from al-Qaida operatives in Yemen — which lies across the Gulf of Aden from Somalia. Similarly, large swaths of Somalia are controlled by an insurgent group, al-Shabab, which has ties to al-Qaida.

Western officials say many of the hundreds of foreign jihadi fighters in Somalia come in small boats across the Gulf of Aden from Yemen. The officials also say that examination of equipment used in some Somali suicide attacks leads them to believe it was originally assembled in Yemen.

Law enforcement officials believe the suspect in the Detroit incident tried to ignite a two-part concoction of the high explosive PETN and possibly a glycol-based liquid explosive, setting off popping, smoke and some fire but no deadly detonation. Abdulmutallab, a Nigerian national, is charged with trying to destroy an aircraft.

A Somali security official involved in the capture of the suspect in Mogadishu said he had a 1-kilogram (2.2-pound) package of chemical powder and a container of liquid chemicals. The security official said the suspect was the last passenger to try to board.

Once security officials detected the powder chemicals and syringe, the suspect tried to bribe the security team that detained him, the Somali security official said. The security official said the suspect had a white shampoo bottle with a black acid-like substance in it. He also had a clear plastic bag with a light green chalky substance and a syringe containing a green liquid. The security official spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to release the information.

The powdered material had the strong scent of ammonia, Bahoku said, and samples have been sent to London for testing.

The Somali security officials said the Daallo Airlines flight was scheduled to go from Mogadishu to Hargeisa, to Djibouti and then to Dubai.

A spokeswoman for Daallo Airlines said that company officials weren’t aware of the incident and would have to seek more information before commenting. Daallo Airlines is based in Dubai and has offices in Djibouti and France.

FAILED plane bomber Umar Abdulmutallab has bragged to FBI agents that there are more muslims plotting to launch attacks on the West.

The 23-year-old Nigerian has told security chiefs of a sinister network in Yemen who are ready and waiting to strike.

The reports come after The Sun revealed that 25 British-born Muslims are plotting to bomb Western airliners. The muslims, in five groups, are now training at secret terror camps in Yemen.

It was there London-educated Abdulmutallab prepared for his Christmas Day bid to blow up a US jet.

The muslims in Yemen are in their early 20s and from Bradford, Luton and Leytonstone, East London.

They are due to return to the UK early in 2010 and will then await internet instructions from al-Qaeda on when to strike.

A Scotland Yard source said: “The great fear is Abdulmutallab is the first of many ready to attack planes and kill tens of thousands.

“We know there are four or five Muslim cells in the Yemen.

The 25 suspects, of Pakistani and Somali descent, were members of UK mosques.

Some had been to university and studied engineering or computer sciences.

Others were former street gang members.

Special Branch monitored them as they flew to Yemen, in the Middle East, from British airports in the spring and summer.

In almost every case, their tickets were paid for in cash and bought less than a week before travel.

The source added: “Imams would have promised them rewards in heaven for becoming suicide bombers prepared to kill Westerners.”

PM Gordon Brown and Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Paul Stephenson were being briefed.

Today Alan Johnson confirmed Abdulmutallab had been refused a new visa and placed on a watch list last May after applying for a bogus course.

Mr Johnson said: “If you are on our watch list then you do not come into this country.

“You can come through this country if you are in transit to another country but you cannot come into this country.”

The Home Secretary said US authorities should theoretically have been informed, and he doubted there had been a “hiccup” in procedures.

American officials have said Abdulmutallab was on one of their “long” watch lists, but was not banned from travelling.

Mr Johnson also said he did not believe Abdulmutallab was acting alone. (Of course not, hes got 1.5 billion comrades helping him! They are called muslims!

He added: “We don’t know yet whether it was a single-handed plot or (there were) other people behind it – I suspect it’s the latter rather than the former

Dutch cops are investigating claims that an accomplice helped Abdulmutallab board a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit.

A US couple on the flight, Kurt and Lori Haskell, said they saw a tall, well-dressed man aged about 50 with Abdulmutallab on Friday morning at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.

The Haskells have claimed the man spoke for Abdulmutallab and attempted to get him aboard Northwest flight 253 without a passport.

Abdulmutallab’s family released a statement today saying they alerted security agencies two months ago after losing contact with him.

The Nigerian’s parents described his disappearance as “completely out of character” and a “very recent development”.

Abdulmutallab’s family said they had lost contact with him while he was studying abroad.

The statement said: “His father, having become concerned about his disappearance and stoppage of communication while schooling abroad, reported the matter to Nigerian security agencies about two months ago and to some foreign security agencies about a month and a half ago”.

The warnings came as another Nigerian was last night held in Detroit on the same flight attacked on Christmas Day. It later emerged the man had fallen ill.

Muslims in Yemen warned the West four days before Friday’s attack that a bombing was imminent.

Terrorist Mohammed al-Kalwi issued the video threat in the wake of a Yemeni airstrike on a militant training camp.

Al-Kalwi was reportedly killed in another airstrike on Thursday.

President Barack Obama’s administration is to review all airport security.

PHOENIX – Two men thought to have been acting suspicious aboard a flight bound for Phoenix were detained and questioned by federal anti-terrorism authorities before they were released, the FBI said Sunday.

Transportation Security Administration officials said passengers aboard U.S. Airways Flight 192 from Orlando, Fla., on Saturday night reported that two men, described as Middle Eastern, were acting strangely and talking loudly to each other in a foreign language.

A nearby passenger also observed one of men watching what appeared to be footage of a suicide bombing, but was actually a scene from the 2007 movie “The Kingdom.” The man also got up from his seat while the seat belt warning sign was still lit, FBI spokesman Manuel Johnson said.

“The totality of those three occurrences led this passenger to believe this was suspicious,” he said.

The flight crew called for law enforcement and TSA officers to meet them when the plane landed at Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport at about 8 p.m. Authorities said the two men were met by Phoenix police and TSA officials at the flight’s airport gate and later interviewed by FBI agents.

Nothing dangerous was found during a search of the plane and passengers’ luggage, police said. The men were released after questioning and allowed to continue on to California, Phoenix Johnson said.

The flight’s final destination was San Diego. Authorities did not release the men’s names, ages or hometowns

WASHINGTON – A Northwest Airlines passenger from Nigeria, who said he was acting on al-Qaida’s instructions, tried to blow up the plane Friday as it was landing in Detroit, law enforcement and national security officials said.

Passengers subdued the man and may have prevented him from detonating the explosives, the officials said. (should have killed the towel head!)

“We believe this was an attempted act of terrorism,” a White House official said.

Federal officials imposed stricter screening measures after the incident.

Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., ranking GOP member of the House Homeland Security Committee, identified the suspect as Abdul Mudallad, a Nigerian. King said the flight began in Nigeria and went through Amsterdam en route to Detroit. There were 278 passengers aboard the Airbus 330.

There was nothing out of the ordinary until the flight was on final approach to Detroit, said Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Elizabeth Isham Cory. That is when the pilot declared an emergency and landed without incident shortly thereafter, Cory said in an e-mail message. The plane landed at 11:51 a.m. EST.

One of the U.S. intelligence officials said the explosive device was a mix of powder and liquid. It failed when the passenger tried to detonate it.

The passenger was being questioned Friday evening. An intelligence source said the Nigerian passenger was being held and treated in an Ann Arbor, Mich., hospital.

All the sources spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation was continuing.

One law enforcement source said the man claimed to have been instructed by al-Qaida to detonate the plane over U.S. soil.

The official said an official determination of a terrorist act would have to come from the attorney general.

The official added that additional security measures are being taken without raising the airline threat level.

The official declined to describe what additional measures law enforcement was taking.

The White House was coordinating briefings for the president through the Homeland Security Department, the Transportation Security Administration and the FBI. (yeah, make sure my muslim brother is being treated like royalty)

A law enforcement source said the explosives may have been strapped to the man’s body but investigators weren’t immediately certain, partly because of the struggle with other passengers.

One passenger from the flight was taken to the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, hospital spokeswoman Tracy Justice said. She didn’t know the person’s condition, or whether the person was a man or woman. She referred all inquiries to the FBI.

Passenger Syed Jafri, a U.S. citizen who had flown from the United Arab Emirates, said the incident occurred during the plane’s descent. Jafri said he was seated three rows behind the passenger and said he saw a glow, and noticed a smoke smell. Then, he said, “a young man behind me jumped on him.”

“Next thing you know, there was a lot of panic,” he said.

Rich Griffith, a passenger from Pontiac, said he was seated too far in the back to see what had happened. But he said he didn’t mind being detained on the plane for several hours. “It’s frustrating if you don’t want to keep your country safe,” he said. “We can’t have what’s going on everywhere else happening here.”

Terrorist dictator Barack Obama was notified of the incident and discussed it with security officials, the White House said. It said he is monitoring the situation and receiving regular updates from his vacation spot in Hawaii. (whining the whole time his fellow terrorist failed to do his duty as a good muslim, no doubt)

J.P. Karas, 55, of Wyandotte, Mich., said he was driving down a road near the airport and saw a Delta jet at the end of the runway, surrounded by police cars, an ambulance, a bus and some TV trucks.

“I don’t ever recall seeing a plane on that runway ever before and I pass by there frequently,” he said.

Karas said it was difficult to tell what was going on, but it looked like the front wheel was off the runway.

“We encourage those with future travel plans to stay in touch with their airline and to visit http://www.tsa.gov for updates,” Homeland Security Department said in a statement.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has been briefed on the incident and is closely monitoring the situation. (This is no doubt Right wing extremists at work, not the muslims, Im sure shes saying)

The department encouraged travelers to be observant and aware of their surroundings and report any suspicious behavior to law enforcement officials.

As WND reported, Reps. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., John Shadegg, R-Ariz., Trent Franks, R-Ariz., Paul Broun, R-Ga., formally asked the House sergeant at arms in October to investigate evidence from “Muslim Mafia” that CAIR is conspiring to plant “spies” inside Congress targeting sensitive security-related committees. In another letter, to Attorney General Eric Holder, the House members ask the Justice Department to reveal to Congress members why CAIR was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror-finance case in U.S. history.

Last month, the four lawmakers were joined by Rep. Patrick McHenry, R-N.C., and Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., in a letter urging the Internal Revenue Service to investigate CAIR to determine whether the Muslim group’s lobbying activities on Capitol Hill violate its nonprofit status.

“Muslim Mafia” uncovered confidential CAIR memos revealing that in one year alone, CAIR officials made 72 separate trips to Congress to lobby against the Patriot Act. The same year Congress met fewer than 150 days.

U.S. prosecutors believe CAIR, while claiming to be a civil-rights group, is actually a front group for Hamas and other terrorists. The Justice Department stated in September 2007 during its prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation in Dallas that CAIR “has been identified by the government at trial as a participant in an ongoing and ultimately unlawful conspiracy to support a designated terrorist organization, a conspiracy from which CAIR never withdrew.”

CAIR said its annual national report on the status of American Muslim civil rights, released this month, showed an increase in bias-related incidents in 2008.

CAIR has claimed since the 9/11 terrorist attacks that Muslims in the U.S. have suffered a sharp rise in anti-terrorist abuse.

The 2006 total of 156, for example, was a 68 percent drop from 2001.

Moreover, incidents against Muslims were just a fraction of overall hate crimes. In 2006, 66 percent of religiously motivated attacks targeted Jews, while just 11 percent were against Muslims, even though the Jewish and Muslim populations are similar in size.

In its letter to Obama, CAIR cited recent incidents in Florida in which a cross with the message “Christian nation, Christian community” was planted at the site of a planned mosque and an anti-Islam Christmas display was set up by a local church.

Other incidents listed were “a spate of vandalism incidents at mosques nationwide” and “anti-Islam remarks by Christian evangelist Franklin Graham.”

CAIR’s director Awad said Obama himself has been “targeted by anti-Muslim hate despite the fact that he is Christian,” noting a Colorado car dealer recently put up a billboard depicting the president as a “turban-wearing militant.”

Awad pointed to recent remarks made to a Muslim and Arab-American gathering in Michigan by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in which he said the Justice Department will return to its “traditional” role of ensuring civil rights. The president has signed a spending measure that will give the Justice Department’s civil rights division 102 new staff members, many of whom will be assigned to hate-crimes investigations.

CAIR said it began airing a new public service announcement called “I am Muslim, I am American” yesterday on the CBS Super Screen in New York City’s Times Square. (see, always, TERRORIST first, then american!)

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AFP) –Muslims blew up a girls’ school in Pakistan’s Khyber district, where troops are fighting against militants in the tribal region bordering Afghanistan, an official said Wednesday.

Militants detonated explosives overnight at the government-run school in Bazgarah town, about 40 kilometres (25 miles) west of Peshawar, capital of the violence-plagued North West Frontier Province.

“The building had 21 rooms. All have been completely demolished,” local administration chief Shafeerullah Wazir told AFP by telephone.

There were no casualties because the property was empty at the time. (losing our touch, are we?)

“Muslims are responsible. They are destroying educational institutions to avenge the military operation against their hideouts in the area,” said Wazir.

“This was the ninth educational institution blown up in Khyber over the past six weeks,” he added.

Muslims opposed to co-education and subscribers to sharia law have destroyed hundreds of schools, mostly for girls, in northwest Pakistan in recent years.

The fabled Khyber tribal region is the main land bridge to neighbouring Afghanistan and the principle supply route for NATO troops fighting an eight-year Taliban insurgency across the border.

Pakistani troops launched an offensive in Khyber in September in a bid to flush out the Taliban and homegrown militant group Lashkar-e-Islam (Army of Islam) led by local warlord Mangal Bagh.

The United States is increasing pressure on Pakistan to crack down more on militants hunkered down in its lawless tribal belt, branded the most dangerous place on Earth and the chief sanctuary of Al-Qaeda. A new Islamic mosque will open its doors just steps from Ground Zero where Muslims murdered 2,751 people in the name of Allah on Sept. 11, 2001 – and its leading terrorist imam, who conducts sensitivity training sessions for the FBI, has reportedly blamed Christians for starting mass attacks on civilians.

The five-story building at Park Place, just two blocks north of the former World Trade Center site, was the site of a Burlington Coat Factory. But a plane’s landing-gear assembly crashed through the roof on the day 19 Muslim terrorists hijacked the airliners and flew them into the Twin Towers in 2001.

Now terrorist worshippers currently occupy the building, and they plan to turn it into a major Islamic murder and rape cultural center.

“The men and women stand up, raise their hands on either side of their head, murmur ‘Allahu akhbar,’ bow and kiss the carpet again,” reports Spiegel Online.

“Only in New York City is this possible,” Daisy Khan, executive director of the American Society for Muslim Advancement, or ASMA, told the magazine. Khan is the wife of Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, founder of ASMA.

They have leased the new prayer space as an overflow building for another mosque, Masjid al-Farah, at 245 West Broadway in TriBeCa, where Rauf is the terror leader.

The building – vacant since that fateful day when time stood still as millions of Americans grieved the loss of loved ones, friends, family members, co-workers and strangers – was purchased in July by real-estate company Soho Properties, a business run by Muslims. Rauf was an investor in that transaction.

Just down the street, the Museum of Jewish Heritage honors victims of the Holocaust, and St. Peter’s Church, New York’s oldest Catholic house of worship, is located around the corner.

Rauf has announced his plans to turn the building into a complete Islamic cultural center, with a mosque, a museum, “merchandising options,” and room for seminars to reconcile religions, “to counteract the backlash against Muslims in general, ” Speigel reports. The project may cost as much as $150 million.

Rauf told the New York Times purchasing the building “where a piece of the wreckage fell sends the opposite statement to what happened on 9/11.”

The move is supported by the city. The mayor’s director of the Office of Immigrant Affairs, Fatima Shama, told the Times, “We as New York Muslims have as much of a commitment to rebuilding New York as anybody.” (yeah, mosque on every street corner, a child selling vendor, bombs r us shops, etc.)The city’s Department of Buildings records show the building has been the focus of complaints for illegal construction and blocked exits in the last year. Recent entries from Sept. 28 and 29, 2009, indicate inspectors have been unable to access the building. One complaint states, “Inspector unable to gain access – 1st attempt – No access to 5 sty building. Front locked. No responsible party present.” The second, just a day later, states, “Inspector unable to gain access – 2nd attempt – no access to building. No activity or responsible party. Building remains inaccessible at Park Place.”

Agency spokeswoman Carly Sullivan told the Times the complaints were listed as “resolved” under city procedures since the inspectors were unable to gain access.

Imam Rauf, born in Egypt, has written three books: “What’s Right with Islam: A New Vision for Muslims and the West,” “Islam: A Sacred Law” and “Islam: A Search for Meaning.”

WND reported in 2003 when, at least four times that year, the FBI’s New York field office held all-day sensitivity training sessions, not far from Ground Zero, featuring Rauf.

Speaking for about two hours each session, “he gave an overview of Islamic culture and some of the differences between what fundamentalist terrorist groups say are the teachings of the Quran and what he believes, as a student of religion, the Quran actually says,” said special agent James Margolin, spokesman for the FBI New York office.

Rauf asserted that the Quran “certainly doesn’t counsel terrorism, murder or mayhem,” Margolin said. And he said terrorists have misinterpreted the Quranic term “jihad” to mean violent, or armed, struggle against nonbelievers. Rauf claims it means internal struggle. (yea, right, you proved that to be a lie on 9/11)
Rauf was invited to speak in Sydney, Australia, by Premier Bob Carr in 2004. According to the Sydney Morning Herald, he said the U.S. and the West must acknowledge the harm they’ve done to Muslims before terrorism can end.

He said the West must understand the terrorists’ point of view – and he blamed Christians for starting mass attacks on civilians. (of course, nothing is ever a muslim’s fault)

“The Islamic method of waging war is not to kill innocent civilians. But it was Christians in World War II who bombed civilians in Dresden and Hiroshima, neither of which were military targets,” he said. (yeah but according to towel heads, only muslims are innocent, the rest are fair targets, especially children)

UNITED NATIONS – A review of access policy decisions by the United Nations has revealed a spotty history, with organizations such as the Nation of Islam and Hamas welcomed even though news site WorldNetDaily’s recent request for permission for a senior reporter to cover the organization’s Copenhagen global warming summit was denied.

U.N. officials rejected WND’s request then stood by the decision even though their stated reason for rejection was shown to be based on false information.

Media coordinator Axel Wuestenhagen told WND’s legal counsel, Gary Kreep, that WND, “as a for-profit subsidiary of the nonprofit Western Journalism Center,” did not qualify for media credentials. However, Joseph Farah, founder of both WND and the Western Journalism Center, confirmed WND was not a subsidiary of the WJC.

While a proposed meeting between U.N. officials and WND is pending regarding any future news coverage of the world government body, a review of U.N. access decisions reveals some interesting choices.

U.N. access decisions involved controversial religious groups, political action groups and groups that appear on the Department of State’s terrorist watch list.

For example, Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam, through its official communications organ The Final Call, has been recognized by the U.N. as a “bona fide” member of the international press corps for almost a decade.

The Final Call, the website successor to the newspaper Muhammad Speaks (a reference to Farrakhan’s predecessor Elijah Muhammad), sits alongside such news outlets as The New York Post and Voice of America at U.N. headquarters.

Claiming to be independent, Farrakhan has also publicly taken great pride in the support he has received from the Libyan government and its controversial leader Col. Muammar Gadhafi.

On several past occasions, Farrakhan has used his Libyan connections to gain access to the U.N.’s press briefing room to espouse positions of the Nation of Islam.

Last September, Farrakhan’s followers paraded across mid-town Manhattan to meet the Libyan leader, causing traffic jams as the New York Police Department just looked on.

While Farrakhan and his Libyan sponsors have been given unrestricted access to the U.N. and its facilities, the same cannot be said for press based on Taiwan or any other entity critical of the Peoples Republic of China.

Since 1971, when the U.N. transferred the Republic of China’s seat to the communist government in Beijing, no media based in Taiwan have been granted access to the world body’s New York City headquarters.

The Chinese U.N. mission has insisted all the access China needs is already in place. That means Beijing-based media such as China Central TV and Xinhua are given free reign while The China Post and Taiwan Television cannot get in the door.

Another group, the religious/meditational Falun Gong, has also been a target of the PRC.

Officially labeled as subversive, Beijing diplomats have sought to suppress Falun Gong supporters wherever they may appear.

The group has routinely been denied access to U.N. headquarters, and reporters from their newspaper, The Epoch Times, commonly found on newsstands throughout Manhattan, have no accredited representatives at U.N. headquarters, unlike Farrakhan’s Final Call

The Times, however, has often been able to penetrate the U.N. and get its newspaper unofficially distributed through sympathetic members of the press corps.

Dissident Chinese students are also routinely barred from U.N. headquarters.

In one instance, the U.N. Correspondents Club members saw the club doors nailed shut literally by U.N. security under direct orders from then Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali. Boutros-Ghali was under pressure by the Chinese mission to block an address by a student who had participated in the Tiananmen Square protests in 1989.

A reporter photographing the lockdown had his film confiscated by the U.N.’s press spokesman Joe Sills.

The secretary-general explained to journalists at the time that the U.N. was a “house of quiet diplomacy.” He insisted allowing the Chinese student access to U.N. headquarters would have violated that rule.

That clampdown by the PRC military resulted in the deaths of more than 400 protesters, mostly students, according to the New York Times.

Hamas, an avowed terrorist organization which has fought with Fatah for control of the Palestinian Authority but is not recognized internationally, was approved by the U.N. as a non-governmental organization (NGO).

The group, which wasn’t shy about lobbying news organizations to push its controversial political agenda, especially the eradication of the state of Israel, is best remembered for gifts presented to selected journalists.

The gift? A pen with a “happy face” emblazoned with the message “from your friends at Hamas.”

Meanwhile, until the U.S. invaded Afghanistan in 2001, the Taliban, though never seated in the U.N.’s General Assembly, did get NGO status which it used to lobby the U.N. press corps for its fundamentalist Islamic agenda.

But after the U.S. invasion in 2001, the Taliban representatives subsequently disappeared from the U.N. compound, never to be seen again.

Perhaps one of the strangest groups officially recognized by the U.N. was the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA).

The group, a well-publicized “gay” pedophilia organization based in New York and San Francisco, has been the target of undercover police campaigns in both cities.

The organization, publicly labeled by law enforcement bodies as criminal for its distribution of child pornography, nonetheless was able to gain official U.N. recognition in the early 1990s.

How? NAMBLA was part of the International Gay and Lesbian Association, ILGA, which was also granted U.N. NGO status.

Once NAMBLA was exposed in a series of published reports, the U.N., under pressure from the U.S. Congress, which threatened to block U.S./U.N. funds, moved to expel both organizations.

ILGA, which eventually distanced itself from NAMBLA and has itself not been accused of criminal activities, sought several times to regain its U.N. accreditation, the latest attempt coming in January 2006. It failed.

But more telling have been decisions taken by NBC and CNN to reduce their U.N. coverage.

Almost two years ago, CNN International canceled its weekly U.N. news show “Diplomatic License.” The reason, say insiders, was little continuing interest from commercial sponsors.

And NBC, in a network-wide cost-cutting move, recently abandoned regular staffing of its U.N. bureau for the first time in more than 15 years.

The networks “just don’t see much going on here any more,” confided one network news reporter.

Ironically, a public opinion poll taken earlier this year revealed more than 60 percent of Americans do not know Ban Ki-moon is the current U.N. secretary-general despite almost three years in office.

The dispute with WND over Copenhagen credentials ultimately prevented WND from covering the events firsthand.

In a commentary column about the issue, Farah wrote, “It’s evident the U.N. is pulling out all the stops for a major global power grab in Copenhagen – and they don’t want any impartial witnesses around to report its shenanigans.”

The local media in the West Midlands town of Burton have launched a full-scale cover-up to try and hide the desecration of the town’s war memorial with muslim graffiti.

Sometime during the night of 8/9th December, unknown vandals spray painted the words “Islam will dominate the world” on the war memorial in Burton town centre.

A passing member of the public spotted the graffiti and, filled with horror, snapped a picture (above).

The local council was informed and to their credit had it removed within half an hour.

The Burton Mail was then informed of the desecration, and a short while later an article appeared in the paper — which ignored the nature of the graffiti and without any justification or evidence of any sort said that the “right wing” was to blame.

The Burton Mail’s article even boasted that it had censored the picture so that no-one could see what the graffiti actually said. Angered at the censorship, the photographer then handed over the pictures to a website for publication.

As a result of the Burton Mail’s censorship, any person reading that article would most certainly think that some “right wing” slogan had been scrawled all over the monument.

True to form, the Burton Mail only called the East Staffordshire Racial Equality Council for comment. A Mr Dennis Fletcher from that organisation was then quoted as saying that he “suspected someone from the far right was responsible.”

He said: “Graffiti of any type is terrible but when it includes racist material it has to be considered utterly unacceptable.”

In other words, the Burton Mail tried its very best to completely invert the memorial desecration by innuendo to imply that it was the work of the “far right” and that it was “racist” as well.

There is, of course, the obvious message that it was muslims were was responsible for this outrageous act. It is therefore highly irregular and irresponsible for the Race Police and the Burton Mail to go naming the “far right.”

It is however even more irresponsible and actually an outright lie to claim that the graffiti was “racist” when it in fact called for the Islamic religion to dominate.

The use of the word “racist” in this regard by the Burton Mail can only be meant to create a sense that “white racists” are to blame.

A new video released by the Christian Action Network shows Muslim women at a compound in New York state practicing throat-slitting techniques and assault weapons attacks.

The video was distributed by the makers of the movie “Homegrown Jihad: The Terrorist Camps Around the U.S.,” which documents how a jihadist group has developed dozens of training camps across the nation.

WND reported at the time how Jamaat ul-Fuqra has built 35 compounds – mostly in the northeastern corridor of the U.S.

Now the organization has posted on YouTube a “chilling” training video provided to CAN by an unnamed law enforcement source about the Muslims of America headquarters in Hancock, New York.

The video includes segments of training exercises in which one person appears to practice a maneuver that would slit the throat of a victim. There are episodes of what appears to be automatic weapons fire at a target and incidents in which a handgun is held point-blank at a “victim’s” head:

The video shows women marching in military formation, scaling walls, engaging in hand-to-hand combat and also reveals a Muslim confirming that the organization’s own census revealed that Muslims are a majority in the United States and they are claiming it as their own.

The speaker states, “We are 100 percent sure that Muslims are the majority in America.”

He continues, “Our Islamic political party has based its manifesto on this fact. We want to declare once and for all that America is our country.”

According to CAN, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2005 warned about Jamaat ul-Fuqra, a Pakistani-based organization that “had the capacity to attack” America.

The U.S. State Department’s 1998 “Patterns of Global Terrorism” report notes the organization “seeks to purify Islam through violence.”

The report continued, “Members have purchased isolated rural compounds in North America to live communally, practice their faith and insulate themselves from Western culture. Fuqra members have attacked a variety of targets that they view as enemies of Islam.”

CAN, led by Martin Mawyer, has researched Muslims of America for years and has provided its video to the FBI, State Department and Homeland Security.

To date, there has been no response from the government, the group said.

Mawyer told WND the political correctness America has adopted ultimately will be costly.

The hands of law enforcement and investigators are tied at this point, he said, because members of the organization are part of “a minority religion,” “they are African-American” “and in this particular case, are women.”

“Gilani has stated he is preparing his members to the Soldiers of Allah, and he’s set up the most advanced guerrilla warfare training camps,” he said. “He’s being true to his word.

“If the evidence is right in front of our face and we have the words from the leader,” Mawyer said. “I don’t know how we continue to close our eyes and be blinded by such obvious affront to American values, the Constitution and our way of life.”

The organization’s “Homegrown Jihad” video includes a chilling scene of Jamaat ul-Fuqra’s leader Sheikh Mubarak Gilani telling followers to “act like you’re his friend. Then kill him.”

According to the Religion of Peace website, there have been more than 250 jihad attacks by Muslims around the globe – including two inside the U.S. – in just the last two months.

The death toll from the attacks has surpassed 1,400, the report says.
